Uboji Ngwo Community holds a Solidarity/reception for Engr. Osita Ngwu RG Declares 100% support for his Senatorial Bid.
The people of Uboji Ngwo Autonomous Community( Clan head of Ngwo)under Udi LG. On Monday 29th August 2022 came out en mass with choruses of praise and thanks given to God for the Emergence of an illustrious son of Ngwo Clan Engr. Ngwu , who is the PDP flagbearer of Enugu west senatorial district.
Speaking at the well-attended event, the leader of Ngwo Uno PDP stakeholders Hon. Joe Offor in his opening remark made it clear that Engr. Ngwu remains a blessing to Ndi Ngwo clan and Enugu state at large, he, therefore, thanked God and all those who worked tirelessly in ensuring Engr.Osita Ngwu ‘s emergence as PDP senatorial flag bearer of Enugu west.
Stressing the political value of Uboji Ngwo and Ngwo clan at large
Hon Evans Okwor the leader of PDP stakeholders in Uboji said in his welcome speech that light has come to Ngwo, Udi, and Enugu west.
“RG you are a professional in politics and not a professional politician Dr. Evans echoed, we know you as an outstanding businessman, an employer of Labour, and above all a philanthropist who will be outstanding as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria due to Rg’s antioxidant in the private sector.
” We invited you here to tell you that come rain, come shine, Ndi Uboji Autonomous community is totally behind you. our support for you and your aspiration is not negotiable.
In her remark, the interim, woman leader of the community Lolo Stella Nwaroh made it clear that uboji women will go the extra mile to canvas for votes whenever the campaign starts, with songs of praise the women displayed their dancing moves, and as will pray God to guide and protect Engr. Osita Ngwu ” their Son” throughout, his Pursuit of aspirations and reminds him not to forget (home)where he is coming from as charity they say begins at home.
The PG of the Autonomous community Hon. Obiora Onu told Engr. Ugwu (RG)and his team to go and sleep with two eyes closed because they are solidly behind him and promised to put up a separate Uboji Ngwo Campaign team that will be involved when the campaign resumes in Sept. he also stated their various community challenges.
Speaking on behalf of the elders and traditional rulers Ikenga Charles Ugwuagu, Regent of Uboji prayed for the successful outcome of Engr. Ngwu’s political ambition and headed over (OFOR) a symbol of strive and breakthroughs over any challenges that may come his way in his efforts to better the life of Ndi Enugu west.

Appreciating Engr.Ugwu (RG) for strides in human empowerment as an employer of labor Uboji people gifted him with some supportive materials and a gang antic Billboard mounted at the entrance of the community along Enugu/Onisha expressway, they also assured him of their unalloyed support and dedication.
Responding, Engr. Ngwu, who was overwhelmed by the avalanche of endorsement, solidarity, support, goodwill, and prayers from the people of Uboji Ngwo Autonomous community promised Not to fail Ndi Enugu west and will live up to their expectations. He also urged the community to extend the support to Bar Peter Mbah, Dr FSA Uzor and Hon Okechukwu Aneke who are the Governoship candidate, the House of Representative Candidate and House of Assembly Candidate of the PeoplesDemocratic Party respectively.
