Responsibilities: • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, and restrooms, etc. • Sweeping and Mopping: Sweep and mop floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris. • Dusting and Polishing: Dust and polish surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, rails, and windowsills etc. • Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated containers. Replace trash liners and ensure that waste collection areas are kept clean. • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Replenish restroom supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. • Cleaning Equipment Care: Properly clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and tools, such as vacuums, mop buckets, and brooms. • Reporting Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance issues, damage, or needed repairs to supervisors or management for prompt resolution. • Stocking and Inventory: Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request restocking as needed. Ensure that cleaning materials and supplies are properly stored and organized. • Compliance with Safety Regulations: Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other cleaning staff to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a clean environment. • Adherence to Cleaning Schedules: Follow established cleaning schedules and routines, which may include daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks. • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to cleaning requests and addressing concerns or feedback from occupants. • Environmental Responsibility: Properly handle and dispose of cleaning waste and chemicals in an environmentally responsible manner. Requirements: • Minimum academic qualification of SSCE • Experience: experienced in cleaning • Physical Fitness: including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Physical fitness and the ability to perform these tasks are essential. • Attention to Detail: Cleaners must be detail-oriented, noticing and addressing even small areas that require cleaning or sanitation to maintain a spotless environment. • Time Management: Efficiently manage time, adhering to a cleaning schedule and completing tasks within specified timeframes. • Communication Skills: for understanding and following instructions, as well as responding to customer requests and concerns.
